摘　　要：如何解决我国建筑投标工作中出现的串标行为、保障工程投标工作的顺利进行、保障招标者和投标者的合法利益，是投标管理工作者和审核工作者的重要工作。所以，做好对串标行为的研究和分析工作，在实际的工作中很好地识别串标行为是很重要的工作。How to solve the coluding behavior in bidding in construction, to ensure the smooth construction of engineeri- ng bidding and to guarantee the legitimate interests of the te- nderee and bidder is an important work of bidding and auditing managers. So, it is very important to identify coluding beha- vior in the actual work and to do a good job of research and analysis of colluding behavior.
