摘　　要：本文简要介绍了欧洲乡村的发展历程和趋势、其集约化发展方向下乡村建筑集约化设计理念,以及此背景下意大利乡村建筑集约化研究小组所进行的最佳实践项目的基础研究—通过收集和分析实践项目,以期找到乡村建筑集约化的通用设计准则和方法,使乡村建筑集约化方法成为推广乡村建筑景观,发挥其社会经济价值、历史价值和环境价值的有效手段。文章还总结了欧洲乡村发展趋势和经验对中国郊区城市化的启示。This paper briefly reviews the rural development trend in Europe and the role of architecture in the process of intensifications of the rural context for the landscape construction, It presents Rural Architectural Intensification research, which derives from an ftalian National Research Program, and R.A.I Best Practices Report, in which many experiences from all over the world have been classified and assessed in order to find general criteria. It also points out the experiences and ideas of EU rural development for developing foresight for urbanization of Chinese suburb.
