摘  要:天线骨架是车载雷达天线系统的主承力结构,除刚强度需满足设计要求外,其重量也应满足车载雷达的机动性要求。文中利用有限元软件,对工作条件下某车载雷达的天线骨架结构进行了模态分析以及自重、风载和温度载荷等静力分析,并根据天线骨架构型的拓扑优化结果、应力和变形的计算结果、骨架结构形式以及力的传递方式对天线骨架进行了优化设计。仿真结果表明,优化后的骨架在重量减小的同时,刚强度也得到了一定程度的提高。该研究结果可为大阵面高负载天线骨架的轻量化设计提供技术支撑。The antenna frame is the primary structure of the vehicle-borne radar antenna system. Its stiffness and strength should meet the design requirement. Its weight should also satisfy the mobility requirement of the vehicle-borne radar. The modal analysis and static analysis (such as gravity, wind force and temperature) are performed for the antenna frame of a vehicle-borne radar under work conditions by finite element software in this paper. The antenna frame is optimized according to the topological optimization results, stress and deform- ation analysis results, the antenna frame structure and the torce transfer mode. The simulation results show that the optimized antenna frame has better stiffness and strength while becoming lighter. This study result can provide technical support for light-weight design of the Large-area and high-load antenna frame.
