火麻仁油在家蚕抗衰老实验中的性别差异的研究

摘　　要：目的:性别差异在衰老研究中备受关注,本实验通过研究火麻仁油对雌雄家蚕寿命的延长,探究其抗衰老作用的性别差异。方法:取龄期相同、生长整齐的三眠蚕随机分为5组,即空白对照组、火麻仁油0.54 g/ml剂量组、0.27 g/ml剂量组、0.14g/ml剂量组,七宝美髯丸0.20 g/ml剂量组(阳性对照),每组60条,雌雄各半。使用涂抹法将不同浓度药液涂抹于新鲜桑叶上,4龄期内喂食3次,5龄期内喂食6次,并监测不同龄期的生长天数。结果:家蚕幼虫期结果显示,在各给药组间有极显著性差异(F(4,299)=39.568,P<0.01),雌雄间亦有显著性差异(F(4,299)=7.851,P<0.05),且分组与性别之间有显著的交互作用(F(4,299)=2.748,P<0.05),但蛹期及蛾期仅有性别差异。从家蚕寿命的延长率来看,雄性家蚕的数据在各生长阶段均更显著,但对雌性家蚕的影响较小。结论:本项研究为火麻仁油的合理开发提供新视角,且火麻仁油对不同性别家蚕的不同影响产生的原因有待于进一步研究。It is important of sex difference in the research of anti-aging. The anti-aging effect of Semen Cannabis Oil on the sex difference of Bombyx Mori L. was researched during experiment. The 300 Bombyx mori L. with the same age and growth were divided into five groups includedthat control group,High dose（ 0. 54 g / ml）,middle dose（ 0. 27 g / ml）,low dose（ 0. 14 g / ml） and positive group（ qi-bao-mei-ran-wan）,each group have 60,male half and female half. Physic liquor was daubed on the mulberry leaf,3 times during 4th instars and 6 times during5 th instars. Then the day of each stage was recorded in order to get the life span of Bombyx Mori L. The result showed that there was significant difference in the experiment group at larva stage（ F（ 4,299）= 39. 568,P 〈0. 01）,and sex difference was also significant（ F（ 4,299）= 7.851,P 〈0. 05）. Importantly,the interaction between group and sex was significant（ F（ 4,299）= 2. 748,P 〈0. 05）. At pupal stage and moth stage,there only have significant sex difference. The extend percentage of life span in the male was longer than the female. These data gave a new insight on the effect of Semen Cannabis Oil and the mechanism was need to further research.
