摘  要:目的:通过观察玉郎伞水提物对大鼠胸主动脉条收缩的影响研究其降压机制。方法:制备大鼠胸主动脉螺旋条,观察玉郎伞对去甲肾上腺素(NE)、氯化钾(KCl)和氯化钙(Ca Cl2)引起的主动脉条收缩的影响。结果:玉郎伞水提物6g生药/L、12g生药/L可使NE、KCl和Ca Cl2引起的大鼠胸主动脉条量-效收缩曲线右移,最大效应降低。其效应与维拉帕米相似,可选择性地阻断电压依赖性钙通道,而对受体控制性钙通道无影响。结论:玉郎伞的降压机制可能与其钙通道阻滞作用有关。Objective: To study the effects of water extract of Yulangsan( WYLS) on contraction of aortic strip induced by KCl,norepinephrine( NE) and Ca Cl2,and investigate the mechanism of antihypertensive effect of WYLS. Methods: The aortic strip in vitro was used to observe the effects of WYLS on contraction of smooth muscle of aortic strip induced by KCl,NE and Ca Cl2. Results: WYLS 6g / L and 12 g / L could inhibit the contraction of aortic strip induced by KCl,NE and Ca Cl2,so that their concentrati-on-effect curves were shifted rightward,which were similar to those caused by verapamil. The effects might be due to the inhibition of the calcium channel of aortic smooth muscle. WYLS was appeared to have major effect on potential dependent calcium channel( PDC),but had no effect on receptor operated calcium channel( ROC). Conclusion: The mechanism of antihypertensive effect of WYLS may be related to its antagonistic effect on calcium channel.
