藏药二十五味松石丸对大鼠内毒素血症的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:研究二十五味松石丸对大鼠内毒素血症的保护作用。方法:用内毒素攻击大鼠,通过测定大鼠血清中内毒素含量,血液中白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、红细胞、血小板含量,肝功能,干湿比重法测定脑、肺水肿程度,研究二十五味松石丸对大鼠内毒素血症的保护作用。结果:二十五味松石丸0.57 g/kg剂量血清内毒素为175.38±7.31 EU/ml,1.70 g/kg剂量组血清内毒素为143.00±3.40 EU/ml,生理盐水组为292.63±8.90 EU/ml,两组均能减少大鼠血清内毒素含量;与生理盐水组比较,二十五味松石丸1.70 g/kg剂量组能将大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶含量分别从105.75±7.13 U/L和428.00±8.41 U/L减少至51.75±4.50 U/L和287.20±21.56 U/L(P<0.05),0.57g/kg剂量组能将大鼠血清谷草转氨酶、直接胆红素含量分别从428.00±8.41U/L和0.54±0.16umol/L减少至227.00±5.68U/L和0.03±0.01U/L。结论:二十五味松石丸可能通过降低血清内毒素含量、保护肝脏功能产生对抗大鼠内毒素血症作用。Objective： To study the protective effect of Songshi Pill of 25 Compositions on rats with endotoxemia. Methods： Endotoxin was used to attack rats. Determined the endotoxin content of rats＇ serum,the content of WBC,NEUT,LYM,RBC,PLT and Liver function in the blood.Encephaledema and pulmonary edema degree were also been determined by wet and dry weight ratio method. Results： Compared with the result in NS group（ 292. 6 ± 8. 90 EU / ml）,the endotoxin in rats serum can be reduced to 175. 38 ± 7. 31 EU / ml and 143. 00 ± 3. 40 EU / ml by 0. 57 g / kg and 1. 70 g / kg Sonshi Pill of 25 Composition respctively（ P〈0. 05）,and dose-dependent effects exist; Compared with the result in NS group,the contents of GPT and GOT in rats serum can be reduced from 105. 75 ± 7. 13 U / L and 428. 00 ± 8. 41 U / L to 51. 75 ±4. 50 U / L and 287. 20 ± 8. 20 U / L（ P〈0. 05） respectively by 1. 70 g / kg Sonshi Pill,and the contents of SGOT and BRD in rats serum can be reduced from 428. 00 ± 8. 41 U / L and 0. 54 ± 0. 16 umol / L to 227. 00 ± 5. 68 U / L and 0. 03 ± 0. 01 U / L（ P〈0. 05） respectively by 0. 57 g / kg Sonshi Pill. Conclusion： Sonshi Pill of 25 Composition has against endotoxin concentration in rats.
