银杏达莫与丹参针剂对冠心病心绞痛治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究银杏达莫与丹参针剂对冠心病心绞痛患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:78例冠心病心绞痛患者,根据治疗方式的不同分为两组各39例,两组患者均行常规治疗,对照组加用丹参注射液静滴,治疗组加用银杏达莫针注射液静滴,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者治疗总有效37例,有效率94.9%,对照组患者治疗总有效30例,有效率76.9%,两组比较P<0.05。在血液流变学指标的比较上,两组患者治疗前在各项血液流变学指标的比较上,无明显差异;治疗后治疗组与对照组在各项血液流变学指标的比较上:血液高切粘度(对照组治疗后4.78±0.23,治疗组治疗后3.12±0.30),血液低切粘度(对照组治疗后15.91±3.21,治疗组治疗后13.68±5.69),血小板粘附率(对照组治疗后28.22±5.16,治疗组治疗后21.55±5.32),红细胞比容(对照组治疗后43.75±6.53,治疗组治疗后38.24±3.86)改善明显,P<0.05。银杏达莫、丹参注射液均无明显不良反应。结论:银杏达莫针注射液对冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗安全有效,能有效改善临床症状,降低血黏度。Objective： To study Yinxingdamo Yinxingdamo Injection and Salvia Injection treatment of patients with angina pectoris clinical results.Methods： Total of 78 cases of patients with angina pectoris expand control study,depending on the treatment of the two groups,two groups of patients underwent conventional treatment,the control group were treated with Salvia Intravenous injection,the treatment group were treated with injections Yinxingdamo fluid infusion,comparative analysis of clinical outcomes of the two groups of patients. Results： The total effective treatment group 37 cases,94. 9% of patients in the control group,the total effective treatment of 30 cases,76. 9% efficiency,the two groups,P〈0. 05,In comparison hemorheology on two groups of patients before and after each comparison,P〉0. 05,in comparison on the hemorheology,no significant difference. After treatment,in comparison with the control group on the hemorheology： high blood shear viscosity（ in the control group 4. 78 ± 0. 23,3. 12 ± 0. 30 after treatment）,blood low shear viscosity（ the control group after treatment 15. 91 ± 3.21,13. 68 ± 5. 69）,platelet adhesion rate（ the control group after treatment,28. 22 ± 5. 16,after treatment,21. 55 ± 5. 32）,after the hematocrit（ the control group 43. 75 ± 6. 53,the treatment group after treatment after 38. 24 ± 3. 86）,P〈0. 05,improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Yinxingdamo Injection on the treatment of patients with angina pectoris is safe and effective.
