消肿化瘀汤治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的消肿化瘀汤治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效,为脑出血的临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取我院神经内科收治的高血压性脑出血患者50例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上联合使用消肿化瘀汤,观察比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血肿面积改善、血浆纤维蛋白原水平变化、CSS和ADL评分改善等情况。结果治疗后研究组总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的76.0%,差异具有统计学意义;治疗后两组患者脑血肿体积均有所减小,研究组减小幅度明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;治疗后研究组血浆纤维蛋白原下降水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;治疗后研究组CSS评分为7.6±2.4分,明显低于对照组的16.2±4.8分,差异具有统计学意义;治疗后研究组ADL评分为14.2±1.5分,明显低于对照组的21.2±3.5分,差异亦具有统计学意义。结论消肿化瘀汤结合常规方法治疗高血压性脑出血,在疗效、症状改善及神经功能缺损和日常生活活动能力评分方面均具有较高的临床效价。Purpose provides the reference for the clinical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods In our hospital in the department of internal medicine of hypertensive cerebral 2 years admitted 164 patients with hemorrhage. Were randomly divided into control group and study group,the control group were treated with routine therapy,study group joint using self-made swelling Huayu Decoction on the basis of conventional therapy,were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical efficacy,hematoma area of improvement,change,plasma fibrinogen level CSS and ADL score improvement etc.. Results After treatment,the study group the total effective rate was95. 12%,significantly higher than that in the control group 82. 93%,with significant difference（ P〈0.05）; the two groups after treatment in patients with cerebral hematoma volume decreases,but the study group decreased significantly greater than the control group,with significant difference（ P〈0.05）; after the treatment,the study group plasma fibrinogen level decreased significantly higher than control group,with significant difference（ P〈0.05）; after the treatment study group CSS score was 7. 63 ± 2. 45,significantly lower than the control group of 16. 11 ± 4. 87,with significant difference（ P〈0.05）; after the treatment,the study group ADL score was 14. 17 ± 1. 54,significantly lower than the control group of 21. 24 ± 3. 51,the difference was also statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage conclusion detumescence decoction combined with conventional methods,has high clinical potency in curative effect,improvement of symptoms and neurological function and activities of daily living score,is worthy of clinical use.
