城市型风景名胜区边界建筑高度控制研究——以长春市净月分团二期为例

摘　　要：将城市型风景名胜区边界作为研究对象,对其建筑高度现存问题进行初步探讨,借鉴国内外相关建筑高度控制方法,以保护风景名胜区内部视线、合理开发利用城市资源为目标,运用眺望控制法、多因子分析法,构建"基准模型+修正模型"的研究框架。最后,以长春市净月分团二期为例,进行合理验证,得出建筑高度控制模型。Taking the border of Chinese urban scenic site as the research object,the paper preliminarily discussed existing problems of building height on the border.Based on the research achievements of overseas and domestic scholars for building height control method,it aims to protect internal sight while appropriately develop and utilize urban resources.By using the method of visual control method and multi-factor analysis,it constructs a research framework of reference model and modified model.Finally,taking the second phase of Changchun Jingyuefentuan as the example,its rationality is verified and a control model of building height is constructed.
