摘 要:水中结垢性离子生成结晶,以及阻垢剂与其他药剂相互作用生成不溶物后,产生的微小颗粒必然引起水体浊度随之改变。根据浊度的变化,可以判断微小颗粒生成与否,进而评价阻垢剂的性能。试验表明,浊度法可以用于评价反渗透阻垢剂的阻垢性能和药剂兼容性能,特别适用于多种阻垢剂的快速筛选。该方法具有一定的重现性,阻垢性能和兼容性能评价的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为5.5%、3.5%和4.6%。Since the scaleprone ions generate crystals in the water,as well as scale inhibitors react with other agents and produce insoluble scales, small particles would appear, which would increase water turbidity. Therefore, according to the change in turbidity, we could determine whether the micro particles generate or not ,further we can evaluate the scale inhibitors. The experimental results show that a performance of different reverse osmosis (RO) turbidity method is opportune to assess the effec tiveness of RO scale inhibitors, and the compatibility with flocculating agents, and is especially applicable to a variety of scale inhibitors. The method has a certain degree of reproducibility, and the relative standard deviation (RSD)in scale inhibiting and compatibility are 5.5%, 3.5%, and 4. 6%, re spectively.
