摘　　要：应用项目管理的方法,识别了热力设备化学清洗项目的阶段划分和主要过程,对项目的质量、人力资源、范围、风险、沟通、时间、成本、采购等方面的管理进行了研究,给出了热力设备化学清洗项目工作分解结构、质量控制流程、质量控制分析限值以及化学清洗风险因素的识别和应对策略等。Application of project management methods, to identify the thermal equipment chemical cleaning stage division and the main process of the project, the project quality, human resources, scope, time, cost, risk, communication, procurement and other aspects of the management are studied, gives the thermal equipment chemical cleaning project work breakdown structure, analysis of quality control process, quality control, limit and chemical cleaning identification of risk factors and coping strategies, etc.
