摘 要:宝钢不锈钢120 t VOD真空精炼炉自主研发了在线质谱仪炉气检测分析的应用技术,以及以此为基础的精炼过程监控模型系统,实现对VOD精炼的全程动态跟踪预报及物料静态计算控制。该模型已实现稳定运行,在VOD冶炼超低碳氮不锈钢,无过程测温取样修正情况下,终点钢液碳含量预报值偏差的标准差为31μg/g,终点温度的标准差为15.9℃,终点Si含量±0.1%范围下的控制命中率达96.3%。该模型初步起到了辅助过程精准判定和操作、降低冶金消耗和提高产品质量的作用。The application technique of VOD off gas analysis by online mass spectrometer was researched and developed for the 120 tons VOD furnace in Baosteel stainless,and a new advanced VOD process model was developed primarily depending on mechanisms of metallurgy and heat transfer,to realize the dynamic tracking and predications of whole VOD procedure and the static materials calculation control.The VOD model has been running stably on site,for its application on vacuum refining of high quality stainless steel with ultra low C and N,the standard deviations of the model prediction errors were approximate 15.9 ℃ for the melt temperature and 31 μg/g for the final carbon content at the end of VOD vacuum refining without intermediate modifications,and the hitting rate of the final silicon content within the targets range (±0.10%) was above 96%.Therefore,the new model now basically plays an effective role on VOD refining process and operation,in terms of process optimization,reducing of material consumptions and quality improvement of final products.
