摘　　要：习近平海洋思想是中国化马克思主义创新思想的继承和发展,有其形成的基础和条件,内容丰富并在继续发展中。其内涵主要体现在提高海洋资源开发能力、保护海洋生态环境、发展海洋科学技术和维护国家海洋权益等方面,有着鲜明的海洋特色和中国气派。对推动中国经济持续健康发展,维护国家主权利益,实现中华民族伟大复兴,具有重大的理论意义和指导作用。Xi Jinping＇s ideology of marine, inherited and developed from innovation of Marxism with Chinese characteristic, has the basis and conditions of its formation. It is abundant in content and to develop continuously. It consists mainly of improvement of the ability to develop marine resources, protection of the marine environment, development of marine science and technology and safeguard of national maritime rights and interests, with distinct characteristics of the sea and manner of China. It is of great significance of theory, and has a guiding role of promoting the sustained and healthy economic development of China, safeguarding national sovereignty and interests, and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
