鲁南欣康联合通心络治疗心绞痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨鲁南欣康联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法收治冠心病心绞痛患者141例,分为治疗组和观察组,治疗组给予鲁南欣康以及心络胶囊。观察组仅给予鲁南欣康治疗,对比观察并记录心电图ST-T变化、症状体征改善情况,1个月为1个疗程,比较两组患者的疗效。结果鲁南欣康单用和联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鲁南欣康联合通心络胶囊口服对于冠心病心绞痛的临床症状和心电图改善情况明显优于鲁南欣康单独使用。Objective To investigate the effect of lovastatin combined with Tongxinluo capsule in treatment of angina pectoris.Methods 141 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients,divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group was given Lunanxinkang and Tongxinluo capsule.The observation group was given lovastatin treatment, observation and recording electrocardiogram ST-T change,the signs and symptoms improved,a month to 1 course of treatment,compare the differences in efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results Single Lunanxinkang and efficacy of clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram combined with Tongxinluo capsule in treatment of angina pectoris,data between the two groups was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Isosorbide 5-mononitrate combined with Tongxinluo capsule for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease by clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram improvement was better than isosorbide 5-mononitrate use,is worth the clinical promotion.
