评价式查房对护理质量持续改进的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨评价式查房对眼科护理工作持续改进的效果评价。方法随机抽取2011年12月~2013年12月收治的56例住院患者为研究对象,分为对照组28例采取评价式查房模式,观察组28例采取常规查房模式,针对两组患者对查房模式的效果评价及满意度进行比较。结果观察组（应用评价式查房模式）护理质量评分及患者对病情的知晓率、满意率均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论评价式护理查房能促进护理质量的持续改进,提高患者满意率。Objective To explore the evaluation type rounds continuous improvement on Department of Ophthalmolo- gy nursing effect. Methods Randomly selected in our department from 2011.12 -2013.12, admitted 56 cases of hospi-＂ talized patients as the research object, is divided into 28 cases of the control group take the evaluation of ward round model, the observation group 28 cases take routine ward round model, aiming at the effect of the two groups patients on the ward round model evaluation and satisfaction were compared. Results The observation group （application evaluation of nursing ward round model） quality scores and patients condition for awareness, satisfaction rate was better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The evaluation of nursing rounds to promote continuous improvement of quality of care, improve patient satisfaction rate.
