摘　　要：目的探讨围术期系统化护理及康复训练对全肘关节置换患者术后功能的影响。方法选取在陕西省人民医院行全肘关节置换手术患者11例,其中7例均在围术期开展了系统化护理及康复训练(康复训练组),并选取前期4例未行系统化护理及康复训练的患者作为对照组。治疗前后,采用美国特种外科医院(HSS)评分法测定2组肘关节活动度,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对疼痛进行评定。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后关节活动度明显改善,HSS评分明显增加,且VAS评分明显降低(P<0.01);康复训练组关节活动度及HSS评分均优于对照组,VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),且未见1例并发症发生。结论系统化护理及康复训练能有效改善全肘关节置换围术期患者的关节功能,缓解疼痛,并减少术后并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effect of systemic nursing and rehabilitation training in perioperative period on the postoperative function of patients with total elbow replacement.Methods Eleven patients undergoing total elbow replacement in Shaanxi Provincial People＇s Hospital were selected,in which 7 were given systemic nursing and rehabilitation training in perioperative period（rehabilitation training group）.And 4 patients not given systemic nursing and rehabilitation training at an early stage were as control group.Before and after treatment,the range of elbow motion in both groups was measured using Hospital for Special Surgery（HSS） scoring method,and the pain was evaluated by visual analogue scale（VAS）.Results By comparison to before treatment,the range of elbow motion in both groups after treatment improved,HSS scores increased and VAS scores decreased obviously（P〈 0.01）.Both range of elbow motion and HSS scores in rehabilitation training group were superior to control group,and VAS scores were significantly lower than in control group（P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01）.Additionally,no one encountered complications.Conclusion Systemic nursing and rehabilitation training can effectively ameliorate the joint function of patients with total elbow replacement,alleviate the pain and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
