摘　　要：目的探讨前路盆底重建技术治疗女性阴道前壁合并膀胱膨出患者的围术期护理措施。方法对21例行前路盆底重建技术治疗女性阴道前壁合并膀胱膨出患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,针对患者病情特点,术前进行心理疏导、术前准备,术中做好物品准备及配合,术后密切观察病情变化、预防感染、会阴护理及出院指导等多方面的治疗、护理和指导。结果术后患者阴道前壁及膀胱膨出症状明显好转,舒适度增加,未出现严重并发症,大大提高了生活质量。结论前路盆底重建技术可提高患者舒适度,完善有效的围术期护理措施有利于患者恢复。Objective To investigate perioperative nursing measures of modified anterior pelvic reconstruction in treating prolapse of anterior vaginal walls and cystocele.Methods Clinical materials of a total of 21 patients with modified anterior pelvic reconstruction in treating prolapse of anterior vaginal walls and cystocele were retrospectively reviewed,and targeted psychological nursing and perioperative preparation,intraoperative preparation and coordination of operative materials,postoperative observation,infection prevention and perineum nursing and discharge guidance were provided for patients according to characteristics of the patients＇ condition.Results The condition of prolapse of anterior vaginal walls and cystocele of patients were much better and no serious complications occurred.The quality of life and comfort of patients was greatly improved.Conclusion Modified anterior pelvic reconstruction of patients could improve the comfort of patients and effective nursing measures is favorable for the rehabilitation of patients.
