不孕症患者的生活质量及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨接受辅助生殖技术治疗的不孕症患者的生活质量及影响因素。方法以290例接受辅助生殖技术治疗的不孕症患者为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、生育生活质量问卷进行问卷调查,分析生活质量状况及其影响因素。结果不孕症患者整体生活质量评分为（66.13±13.68）分,生活质量各领域中治疗耐受性领域得分最低（59.30±14.06分）;不同性别特征、不同工作状况患者生活质量总分差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,其中男性患者生活质量显著高于女性,有工作患者生活质量高于无工作者,多元线性回归分析结果支持上述结论;对于女性患者,5年以上不孕年限组患者生活质量总分显著低于1-5年组（P〈0.05）。结论不孕症患者整体生活质量较低,治疗耐受性方面受损较重,其中不同性别特征、不同工作状况以及女性患者的不孕年限是影响此类患者生活质量的重要因素。Objective To explore the quality of life in infertile patients underwent assisted reproduction technology and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 290 infertile patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology were investigated by completing two questionnaires related to basic information and fertility quality of life.Quality of life and its influencing factors were then analyzed.Results The total score of overall quality of life was（66.13 ± 13.68）,and lowest score of treatment tolerability was（59.30 ＋ 14.06）.There were significant differences in different gender and occupation conditions（P〈 0.05）.Male patients had significantly higher scores than that of female,and working patients got higher scores than that of workless patients.Multiple regression analysis had also proved the above results.Female patients with infertile history over 5 years had significantly lower quality of life than those less than 5 years（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The total score of infertile couple and the treatment tolerability are low.Gender,occupation condition and infertile history are the main factors affecting life quality of infertile patients.
