羊膜移植术重建眼表的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨羊膜移植重建眼表术患者的护理效果。方法对30例（30眼）采用新鲜或成品生物羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病的患者实施充分的术前准备、针对性的心理护理和健康教育,术后加强并发症的观察和眼部护理、出院指导等,比较患者手术前、后视力及角膜恢复情况。结果 30例患者中,除1例角膜溃疡患者术后第6天羊膜溶解脱离遂行2次植入成功外,其余29例均1次植入成功,角膜上皮表面光整,球结膜平复,术后随访3-12个月,视力有不同程度提高,均达到重建眼表的满意效果。结论实施针对性的护理对保证眼表重建成功、降低复发率以及促进患者康复可起到重要作用。Objective To investigate the nursing effect of ocular surface rebuilding patients with amniotic membrane transplantation.Methods A total of 30 patients（30 eyes） with fresh or biological amniotic membrane transplantation were implemented with sufficient preoperative preparation,corresponding psychological nursing and health education,intensive observation of postoperative complications,eye nursing and discharge guidance.And the recovery of preoperative and postoperative visual acuity and cornea were compared.Results One corneal ulcer patient occurred amniotic membrane dissolving on the sixth postoperative day and a second transplantation operation was carried out,the operation of other 29 patients were successful with smooth cornea epithelial surface and bulbar conjunctiva.And visual acuity was improved to some extent with satisfactory rebuilding efficacy.Conclusion The implementation of corresponding nursing is of great importance to maintain successful ocular surface rebuilding,reduce the recurrence rate and promote patients＇ rehabilitation.
