摘 要:前言 与其他人文学科相比,考古学与自然科学相关学科的关系更为密切。这是因为考古学的诞生就与借鉴地质学和生物学的方法有关,及考古学自始至今,利用自然科学相关学科的方法与技术进行研究的过程也从未间断。从考古学的研究目标被定义为“以考古遗存重建相关人群的生活方式”中也可以看出,考古学既是人文科学,也是自然科学。Built on the basis of strict mathematical concepts, the relational models can induce the complex data structures into simple binary relationships, the form of which is the two-dimensional tables. The relational database system organizes the data in the way of relational models; in a relational database, the operations to the data are almost all conducted on one or more relational tables, and the management of the data is carded out through the operations such as classification, combination, connection, selection, and so on. The zooarchaeology database built with the relational model database technique is favorable for the systematic and scientific analysis and utilization of the extant data; this achievement can also be applied in other fields of the archaeometry.
