摘 要:建立了有机氟化物的核磁共振谱图集,通过系统地研究各类有机氟化物,根据典型例子分类总结各标准氟谱图中信号峰化学位移与耦合常数的变化规律,针对含氟表面活性剂建立19F NMR分析方法。采用该方法鉴定5种企业复杂体系样品中含氟表面活性剂的成分,确认了各含氟表面活性剂19F NMR谱峰的归属。结果表明,19F NMR测试适用于复杂体系中含氟表面活性剂的快速鉴定。The traditional surfactant can not replace the important role of fluorinated surfactant in some special areas with their unique property. It is systematically to set up a complete set of ^19F NMR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectrums of NMR spectra atlas. The spectra atlas contains more than 100 organic fluorine-containingcompounds, and spectrums were collected from experimental results or references. ,The changing regularity of chemical shifts and coupling constants of various organic fluoride ^19F NMR was studied systematically by typical examples. In order to analysis the fluorinated surfactant, it is an urgent need to establish a new analysis method of ^19F NMR. The efficient method for the identification of multicomponent fluorinated surfactant mixtures were investigated in detail by five enterprise samples. The characteristic peaks in the ^19F NMR spectra of fluorinated surfactant were assigned. The results showed that,^19F NMR has the advantages of rapidity, accuracy, high resolution, less interference, and ^19F NMR can only detect fluorine-containing compounds. The fluorinated surfactant components were united closely around ^19F NMR analysis and attached to 1H NMR or 13C NMR analysis. Sometimes complex system need to attach to other helpful analytic technique. Therefore, the experimental results confirmed that ^19F NMR spectroscopy can be used to quantify the structures of fluorinated surfactant in multicomponent systems.
