11例嗜酸性脂膜炎临床分析

摘　　要：对11例嗜酸性脂膜炎患者的临床资料进行分析，临床表现为皮下结节/斑块8例；溃疡2例，紫癜、水疱、血疱、坏死及糜烂1例。伴发热1例，内脏受累7例，浅表淋巴结肿大5例，关节受累2例。给予口服糖皮质激素（泼尼松30~50 mg/d）和环孢素（5 mg/kg·d），结节皮损内注射干扰素（300万U/次，每周1次）治疗。随访3~60个月后，临床治愈8例，好转2例，停药后复发1例。The data of 11 patients with eosinophilic panniculitis （EP） were analysed. The clinical mani-festations were single subcutaneous nodule/plaque in 8 patients and ulcer in 2. One patient had variety of le-sions including purpura, vesicle, hemorrhagic vesicle, necrosis and erosion. In addition, there was fever in 1 patient, internal organs involvement in 7, lymphadenectasis in 5, joints involvement in 7. Those patients were treated with oral glucocorticoids （ prednisone 30~50 mg/d） and cyclosporine A （ 5 mg/kg·d） and subcutane-ous nodule injection of interferon （ 3 million IU, once a week） . Eight patients were cured, 2 patients got better and 1 patient relapsed after 3~60 months follow-up.
