中文版盆底肌肉锻炼自我效能量表的信效度评价

摘　　要：目的翻译并评价中文版盆底肌肉锻炼自我效能量表(BPMSES)的信效度。方法 2013年3月—2014年5月采用便利抽样法选取辽宁医学院附属第一医院150例进行盆底肌肉锻炼的尿失禁患者,采用中文版BPMSES对其进行调查,并分析该量表的信效度。结果总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.912,其中预期自我效能维度和预期结果维度的Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.845、0.941;总量表、预期自我效能维度和预期结果维度的重测信度分别为0.910、0.841和0.935。因子分析提取6个主成分,其累积方差贡献率为75.808%。卡方自由度比(χ2/df)为6.124,拟合优度指数(GFI)为0.978,调整拟合优度指数(AGFI)为0.958。结论中文版BPMSES具有良好的信效度,可以用来评价尿失禁患者盆底肌肉锻炼自我效能水平。Objectjve The broome pelvic muscle self - efficacy scale（BPMSES）was translated into Chinese,and the reliability and validity of BPMSES were evaluated. Methods 150 patients with urinary incontinence who underwent pelvic floor muscle training in First Hospital Affiliated to Liaoning Medical University during March 2013 to May 2014,were selected through convenience sampling,the subjects were interviewed by using Chinese version of BPMSES,and the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed. Results The Cronbach′s α coefficient of the total scale was 0. 912,the Cronbach′s αcoefficient of the expected self - efficacy scale and the expected result scale was 0. 845 and 0. 941,respectively;after two weeks,the test - retest reliability of the total scale,the expected self - efficacy scale and the expected result scale was 0. 910, 0. 841 and 0. 935,respectively. In exploratory factor analysis,six common factors were extracted,the cumulative contribution rate was 75. 812%. The χ2 / df was 6. 124,Goodness of Fit Index（GFI）was 0. 978,Adiusted Goodness of Fit Index（AGFI） was 0. 958. Conclusjon Chinese version of BPMSES has good reliability and validity,it can be used to evaluate the self -efficacy of patients with urinary incontinence who undergo pelvic floor muscle training.
