摘　　要：阐述了重庆市新定额标准出台的必要性,从编制原则、内容组成及调整、主要特点等方面对新定额进行了解析,以提高重庆市土地开发整理项目预算编制的科学性。This paper elaborated the necessity of new quota standard introduction in Chongqing, from the compilation principles, contents and ad- justment, main characteristics and other aspects analyzed the quota, so as to improve the scientific of budget establishment of land development and consolidation project in Chongqing.
