高等院校本科生考试方法改革研究与实践——以《房地产经济学》课程为例

摘　　要：考试是检查和评定学生学习成绩和教师教学效果的一种手段。文章结合对《房地产经济学》这门课程的教学实践,对该课程考试方法改革后的绩效进行评价和总结。指出考试方法改革能较好的促进学生自主学习积极性,但是需结合课程特点不断优化教学方法和考试方案,并提出相关建议。Examination is the method to examine and assess the learning result of the students and the teaching effect of teachers. Based on the teaching practices in the real estate economics course,the paper evaluates the per-formance after the reform of examination method. It points out that the examination reform method can promote students’learning enthusiasm,but teachers should optimize the teaching method and exam scheme combing with the characteristics of the courses,then this paper also put forward related suggestions.
