乙胺碘呋酮在心律失常治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的：对乙胺碘呋酮在心律失常治疗中的应用进行探讨并总结治疗效果。方法选取于2013年9月～2014年8月在我院接受治疗的36例心律失常患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组患者采用心律平治疗，治疗组采用乙胺碘呋酮治疗，观察两组患者治疗后不良反应的发生情况和临床症状变化。结果经过治疗，对照组患者的治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论乙胺碘呋酮在心律失常治疗中有显著的治疗效果，对患者的心功能有明显的改善作用，并且不良发应情况少。Objective The amiodarone application in treatment of arrhythmia is to be investigated and its efficacy is to be summarized. Methods We chose 36 arrhythmia patients who were treated in hospital from September 2013 to August 2014 and separated them into control group and study group at random. Patients in control group were given propafenone medicine treatment,while patients in study group were given amiodarone treatment and then observed and compared the patients’side-effect condition and clinical symptom changes after treatment in these two groups. Results After treatment, there was differential between study group and control group with regarding to patients’treatment efficacy and side-effect incidence,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amiodarone is of efficacy in treatment of arrhythmia,it is conducive to improving patients’ cardiac function and reducing side-effect incidence.
