摘　　要：目的：探讨尿激酶在老年脑血栓治疗中的应用研究。方法选取2013年8月～2014年11月我院接诊的41例老年脑血栓患者，按照入院的先后顺序分为两组，实验组21例和对照组20例，实验组采用尿激酶药物，对照组采用瑞替普酶药物，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率、神经功能缺损评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论尿激酶在老年脑血栓治疗中的效果显著，可以有效提高患者的治疗有效率，降低神经功能缺损的分值。Objective Urokinase application in treatment of elderly patients with thrombosis is to be analyzed. Methods We chose 41 elderly patients of thrombosis who are treated in hospital from August 2013 to November 2014 and separated them into two groups according to their hospitalization sequence with 21 patients in study group and 20 patients in control group. Patients in study group were given urokinase medication treatment,while patients in control group were given reteplase medication treatment. And then compared treatment efficacy between two groups. Results Patients’treatment efficacy as wel as score of neurologic function damage in study group were much more favorable than those in control group,there was a great differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Urokinase medication is of clinical efficacy in treatment of elderly patients with thrombosis,it is conducive to improving treatment efficacy and reducing score of neurologic function damage.
