龙胆泻肝汤的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的：研究龙胆泻肝汤在带状疱疹临床治疗中的应用效果。方法搜集2013年10月～2014年10月我院带状疱疹40例，根据治疗方法不同进行分组。研究组共22例，治疗时应用龙胆泻肝汤；对照组共18例，治疗时应用阿昔洛韦。观察两组疗效，并对比分析。结果与对照组相比，研究组治疗有效率较高，有较大差异，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论龙胆泻肝汤在带状疱疹临床治疗中的应用效果确切，有效率高。Objective Clinical efficacy of longdan xiegan decoction in treatment of shingles is to be analyzed. Methods We chose 40 shingles patients who were treated in hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 and separated them into two groups according to different treatment approaches,22 patients in study group were given longdan xiegan decoction treatment,while 18 patients in control group were given acyclovir treatment. And then observed and compared treatment efficacy between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group was higher than that in control group,there was a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Longdan xiegan decoction is of efficiency in treatment of shingles patients.
