一体化康复锻炼计划在单髁膝关节置换术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨一体化康复锻炼计划在单髁膝关节置换术患者的应用效果。方法选择36例骨性关节炎行单髁膝关节置换术患者作为实验组,应用医护一体化康复锻炼计划进行置换前后康复治疗;选择31例行单髁膝关节置换术的患者按传统康复方法进行置换前后康复治疗。比较两组患者膝关节功能恢复情况、并发症的发生率、平均住院时间及住院医疗费用。结果实验组在并发症的发生率、平均住院时间及住院费用均低于对照组,置换后随访时HSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行单髁膝关节置换术患者实施一体化的康复锻炼计划,可有效促进患者膝关节功能恢复,提高了治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of the doctor-nurse integration of rehabilitation exercise program for the unicompartmental knee arthroplasty patients. Medthods A total of 36 patients of osteoarthritis who received unicompartmental knee arthroplasty were selected as the experimental group,and they were treated under the doctor-nurse integration of rehabilitation exercise program in the perioperative period. Another 31 patients undergoing unicompartmental knee arthroplasty who had traditional rehabilitation therapy before and after replacement were taken as the control group. Compared two groups of patients with the recovery of knee joint function,the incidence of complication,the average hospitalization time and hospital costs. Results Compared with the control group,the experiment group had decreased incidence of complication,lowered hospital costs and time hospitalization,and the remarkably elevated HSS scores in the postoperative fol ow-ups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Carrying out the doctor-nurse integration of rehabilitation exercise program used in the unicompartmental knee arthroplasty patients can effectively promote the knee joint function recovery,improve the therapeutic effect,it’s worth popularization and application.
