摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的围手术期护理方法及临床效果。方法选取2012年2月～2015年2月期间在大庆市人民医院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的64例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，在术前、术后进行精心的护理，观察护理效果。结果经过精心的护理，全部患者手术均获成功，术后均未发生并发症，全部治愈，平均住院时间（4.2±2.5）d。结论对腹腔镜手术的患者在围手术期进行精心的护理，可以提高手术成功率及治愈率，减少并发症的发生，缩短住院时间，减少患者的医疗支出。Objective To evaluate the methods and clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy perioperative nursing. Methods A retrospective analysis was done about the clinical data of 64 cases of laparoscopic surgery conducted in daqing people＇s hospital from February 2012 to February 2015. Caring nursing was provided before and after surgery,and the nursing effect was observed. Results After caring nursing,all patients’operations were successful,without any postoperative complications,and all the patients got cured. The average length of hospital stay was（4.2±2.5）days. Conclusion Caring nursing in the perioperative period for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can improve the success rate and the cure rate,reduce complications,shorten hospital stay period, and lower medical expenses of patients.
