摘　　要：目的探讨老年卧床患者常见并发症的预见性护理措施及临床效果。方法根据多年的护理经验,对老年卧床患者压疮、泌尿系感染、肺部感染、便秘等并发症发生的原因及预见性的护理措施进行全面的探讨。结果经过积极有效的预见性护理,没有并发症发生,全部患者治愈或好转出院。结论根据老年患者的具体情况,对常见的并发症采取预见性的护理措施,可以减少并发症的发生率,提高治疗效果,改善患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the predictive nursing measures and clinical effects of common complications in elderly bedridden patients. Methods Based on many years of nursing experience,this paper comprehensively explored the causes and predictive nursing measures for pressure sores,urinary tract infections,lung infections,constipation and other complications of elderly bedridden patients. Results Due to positive and effective nursing care measures,no complication occurred,and al patients were cured or improved,and then discharged from hospital. Conclusion To provide the elderly patients with predictive nursing measures according to their specific conditions can reduce the incidence of complications,promote treatment effects and improve their life quality.
