摘　　要：目的分析Toll样受体(TLRs)对肠道病毒71型(EV71)基因组RNA的识别。方法用荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测与EV71基因组RNA作用24、48和72 h后人结肠癌SW620细胞的TLR3、TLR7和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8、IL-12 m RNA表达。结果细胞的TLR3、TLR7 m RNA和IL-6、IL-12 m RNA在作用72 h后表达增加,IL-8 m RNA各时间点表达无变化。结论 TLR3、TLR7可与EV71基因组RNA识别,并诱导细胞因子IL-6、IL-12活化表达。Objective To analyze the recognization of genome RNA of Enterovirus 71 （EV71） by Toll-like recep- tors （TLRs）. Methods The expressions of TLR3, TLR7, InterleuHn-6 （IL-6）, IL-8 and IL-12 mRNAs in SW620 cells after exposure to genome RNA of EV71 for 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours were detected by Real- time PCR. Results The expressions of TLR3, TLRT, IL-6 and IL-12 mRNAs increased after exposure for 72 hours. The expression of IL-8 mRNA did not changed. Conclusion The TLR3 and TLR7 recognizi the genome RNA of EV71 and activate the expressions of IL-6 and IL-12.
