摘　　要：激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(CLSM)作为一种非侵入性图像分析仪器,有标本制备简单、分辨率高、实时动态成像等特点,可清晰地对活体细胞进行无损伤性动态观察、空间定位、定量检测等。针刺疗法治疗脑卒中具有良好的临床疗效,其机制研究也越来越受到重视。CLSM作为新一代的研究工具,也广泛应用于针刺机制的基础研究中,该文就CLSM技术在脑卒中针刺机制研究中的应用情况予以综述。Confocal laser scanning microscope（CLSM）is a new,non-invasive image analyzer,character-ized with real-time high resolution imaging and simple specimen preparation ,it is a new research tool in the study of morphology,molecular biology,neuroscience and so on.Acupuncture therapy is effective for the treat-ment of Apoplexy and more and more attention is focused on the research of its mechanism .CLSM is widely applied in the study of therapeutic mechanism of cerebrovascular disease （ CVD） treated with acupuncture. Here is to make a review of the advances of applications of CLSM in studying the therapeutic mechanisms of CVD treated with acupuncture.
