摘 要:基于健康河流"结构相对稳定和完善、社会服务功能发挥正常"的内涵,以常熟市的典型圩区——苏白圩为例,对其进行水系功能调整。应用一维河网水动力学模型,将圩区现状及规划方案下的河道功能进行模拟分析,结果表明进行水系结构性调整后,圩区内部河道健康状况得到了明显的改善。并对河道护岸建设、水质生态修复、湖荡景观建设进行了研究,为打造城市健康河流奠定了基础,对研究人类活动约束下的河网水生态文明建设与保护提供了理论和技术支持。Based on the healthy river concept of “relatively stable and perfect structure ,normal social service function” ,this paper takes one typical polder district Subaiwei in Changshu City for an example to adjust the water system function .The model hy‐drodynamic module(HD) is applied to generalize the rivers and establish the 1-D hydrodynamic model in the current and planning sit‐uation .Through an analysis and comparison of the simulation results ,it shows that after structural adjustment of water system ,in‐ternal health of the river in the polder has been significantly improved .This paper plans ecology shore ,water ecological restoration and lake landscape construction in the polder .It has laid the foundation for creating healthy rivers in cities and provided a theoretical and technical support for the construction and protection of water ecological civilization under the constraint of human activities .
