摘  要:目的分析探讨路径式教学法在临床护理实习生带教过程中的应用方法和效果。方法将我院72名护理实习生采用随机的方式分为对照组与观察组各36名,对照组使用传统的临床带教方法,观察组护理实习生使用临床路径式教学方法,比较两组护理实习生的带教理论的掌握情况、操作成绩以及对带教方式的满意度。结果通过比较观察组和对照组护理实习生理论知识、实践操作技能的出科平均成绩以及对带教方法的满意度,发现观察组的护理实习生在各个方面明显高于对照组,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对实习生的临床护理带教中使用临床路径式教学法能够有效的提高临床护理教学的质量,提高护理实习生的学习积极性以及实习满意度,能够更好的为患者提供满意的服务。Objective To analyze the path type teaching method in clinical nursing teaching process application method and effect.Methods 72 nursing interns with the method of randomly divided into control group and observation group 36 in our hospital, the control group using traditional clinical teaching methods, observation group nursing interns use clinical pathway type teaching method, comparing two groups of nursing interns grasp of teaching theory, operation performance, and satisfaction of teaching way.ResultsBy comparing the observation group and control group nursing interns theoretical knowledge and practical skills of an average time is given, and the satisfaction of teaching method, found that nursing interns in all aspects of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05).Conclusion It is used in the clinical nursing teaching of interns clinical pathway type teaching method can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching, improve the study enthusiasm of nursing interns and internship satisfaction, can better to provide satisfactory service for patients, is worth popularization in clinical.
