浅谈小儿急性肾小球肾炎的治疗

摘　　要：目的：对小儿急性肾小球肾炎疾病的治疗进行探讨。方法随机选取我院2012年1月-2014年1月间收治的确诊患者30例进行回顾分析。结果30例患者中有21例治疗效果显著，已痊愈出院，有8例患者病情有一定程度的好转，其余1例患者治疗无效已转入上级医院进行治疗。结论通过对小儿肾小球肾炎一病进行及时的有效的治疗，能够提高疾病好转率，减少并发症的发生。Objective To treat children with acute glomerulonephritis disease are discussed.MethodsA randomized patients diagnosed in our hospital between January 2012 to January 2014 were treated 30 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results30 patients had 21 cases of significant treatment effect , has been discharged, there are eight cases the patient＇s condition has improved to some extent, and the remaining one patient therapy has been transferred to a higher level hospital for treatment. ConclusionA disease of children with glomerular nephritis effective and timely treatment can improve the rate of disease progression and reduce complications.
