摘　　要：目的分析研究腹腔镜胆囊切除联合胆总管切开取石I期缝合术的临床效果以及可行性。方法随机选取本院就诊的60例行腹腔镜胆囊切除联合胆总管切开取石I期缝合术患者作为研究对象,并对其临床资料进行回顾式分析。结果 60例患者中除2例中转开腹外,其余患者均顺利完成手术,且均未有明显不良反应发生。随访结果显示所有患者均无复发以及结石残留。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除联合胆总管切开取石I期缝合术临床效果较好且安全性较高。Objective Laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined analysis choledo-cholithotomy I clinical effects and feasibility of suture.Methods Randomly selected from our hospital clinic of 60 underwent laparoscopic gallbladder excision combined patients with bile duct incision to take stone I suture technique as the research object, and to review the clinical data analysis.Results 60 patients except 2 cases of transfer laparotomy, the rest of the patients were successfully completed surgery, and no signiifcant adverse reactions occur. Follow-up results showed that all patients had no recurrence and stone residues.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined choledocholithotomy I suture good clinical results and high security, it has a wide application in clinical feasibility.
