系统化护理在骨外固定支架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折患者中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨系统化护理在骨外固定支架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折患者的应用效果。方法选取2013年7月-2014年7月我院收治的四肢长管骨骨折患者共86例作为本次研究的对象，将患者随机分为对照组与观察组两组，每组各有43例患者，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施系统化护理，对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理总有效率为93.02%，对照组患者的护理总有效率为74.42%，对比两组患者的护理总有效率，存在明显差异（χ2=5.460， P=0.019）。结论四肢长管状骨骨折患者采用骨外固定支架治疗实施系统化护理，具有显著的护理效果。Objective To study the systematic nursing in the bone external ifxation support application effect for the treatment of long tubular bone fracture patients limbs.MethodsJuly 2013 to July 2014, our hospital＇s limbs, a total of 86 patients with long tube bone fracture as the research object, the two groups of patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 43 patients, control group routine nursing, the observation group in the control group on the basis of the implementation of systematic nursing care, compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect.ResultsObservation group of patients with nursing, the total effective rate was 93.02% in the control group patients＇ care the total effective rate was 74.42%, compared two groups of patients nursing total effective rate, there are significant differences （χ2=5.460,P=0.019）. Conclusion Limbs long tubular bone fracture were treated by external ifxation of bone, stents, systematic nursing has signiifcant effect of nursing care.
