摘　　要：目的：对维持性血液透析的糖尿病肾病综合征患者的内瘘护理的应用进行探索。方法以2012年3月-2013年9月来我院进行治疗的维持性血液透析的糖尿病肾病综合征患者40名研究对象，首先对其进行心理护理，然后应用动静脉造瘘术进行治疗，观察护理治疗效果。结果采用人造内血管治疗的患者的血管全部畅通。结论在为维持性血液透析的糖尿病肾病综合征患者开展内瘘治疗的过程中，为患者开展有效的护理，对于患者护理效果的提升具有重要作用。ObjectiveTo probe into nursing of internal ifstula application for maintenance hemodialysis DN patients.Methods 40 maintenance hemodialysis DN patients in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2013 were taken as research objects and they were conducted psychological nursing firstly. Then, they were treated by static artery fistula operation and nursing effects were observed.Results The blood vessels of patients conducted artiifcial internal blood vessel were smooth.Conclusion The artiifcial internal ifstula is in favour of smooth blood vessels of maintenance hemodialysis DN patients.
