阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的：探究阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法在2013年1月-2014年1月期间，我院收治的66例冠心病心绞痛患者，将其平均分为实验组（n=33）和对照组（n=33），实验组患者使用阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗，对照组患者采用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，对实验和对照两组患者临床效果进行分析。结果实验组患者的总有效率为90.91%，对照组患者的总有效率为75.76%，实验组临床效果优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著，能够有效的提高患者的治疗效果，促进患者康复具有重要意义。ObjectiveTo explore the aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride with clopidogrel therapy of coronary heart disease angina pectoris clinical curative effect.MethodsFrom January 2013 to January 2014, our hospital 66 cases of coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients, its average can be divided into experimental group （n=33） and control group （n=33）, the experimental group patients in aspirin entericcoated metformin hydrochloride with clopidogrel therapy, the control group patients in aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride treatment, the experiment and contrast analysis clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate was 90.91% in patients with the control group total effective rate was 75.76% in patients with the clinical effect was better than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride with clopidogrel therapy of coronary heart disease angina pectoris effect significantly, can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients, promote patients recovery is of great significance, is worth popularization in clinical medicine.
