摘 要:介绍了黏土旧砂高温脆化装置、脆化旧砂冷却装置、多排磨轮再生机及黏土再生砂微粉分离装置等黏土旧砂完全再生成套设备的工作原理及确定各种设备方案的依据。研究发现,逆流转子再生、磨轮再生及气流再生可用于黏土旧砂的完全再生,振动再生不能用于黏土旧砂的完全再生。流化床可用于黏土完全再生砂的微粉分离,而流幕式风选不宜用于黏土完全再生砂的微粉分离。自然冷却、强迫对流冷却以及强迫对流加冷却水管热传导冷却对砂子的粒度和粒形没有明显的影响。This paper introduces the working principle and design basis of complete equipment for used green sand total reclamation, such as the high-temperature embrittlement device, sand cooling device, multiple rows of grinding wheel reclaimer and powder separation devices and so on. It is found that the counter current rotor reclaimer, the grinding wheel reclaimer and the air reclaimer can be used to the total reclamtion of used green sand; the vibration reclaimer cannot be used to the total reclamtion of used clay sand. The flUidized bed is used to the seperation of micropowder of the reclaimed sand. However, the flow of the episodic winnowing can not be used for micropowder of the reclaimed sand. There is no obvious effect on the sand grain size and grain shape of reclaimed sand which is processed by natural cooling forced convection cooling, forced convection and heat conduction cooling.
