微创治疗急性颈椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨高位硬膜外置管连续给药结合等离子消融髓核成形术治疗急性颈椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:对42例急性颈椎间盘突出症患者应用高位硬膜外持续给药结合突出椎间盘等离子消融髓核成形术治疗,并进行疗效分析及在术后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月进行VAS评分。结果:疗效评定有效率为92.8%。VAS评分治疗后各时间点较治疗前明显好转(P<0.01)。结论:高位硬膜外置管连续给药结合等离子消融髓核成形术治疗急性颈椎间盘突出症创伤小,疗效满意。Objective ：To investigate the effectiveness of continuous cervical epidural injections combining with nucleo‐plasty in the management of acute cervical disc herniation .Methods ：42 patients with acute cervical disc herniation were treated with continuous cervical epidural injections and nucleoplasty . Therapeutic effectiveness was analyzed .VAS scores were recorded preoperatively and at time of 2 weeks ,1 month ,3 months ,6 months ,12 months after surgery re‐spectively .Results：The rate of effectiveness was 92 .8% .The VAS scores were significantly improvement at each time point postoperatively compared with that of preoperatively （P〈0 .01） .Conclusion：Continuous cervical epidural injec‐tions combining with nucleoplasty ,as a minimally invasive procedure ,results in satisfactory outcome in the manage‐ment of acute cervical disc herniation .
