摘 要:通过对国内外近年来治疗成人重症急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)相关文献的查阅、归纳及分析,可以基本证实与体外氧合膜肺(ECMO)相比,传统机械通气被医务工作者熟知,且应用较为广泛,但有其局限性。而ECMO已在治疗新生儿ARDS中作为标准方法,同时也在成人重症ARDS的治疗中展现出特有的优势。由于ECMO本身的特点,其疗效及预后并不确切,且治疗的风险与费用较高,在临床应用中仍存争议。但EMCO应用技术的进步有可能提高其疗效及安全性,值得进一步探索。By consulting and analyzing recent literatures about the treatment for acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) worldwide,it can be confirmed that traditional mechanical ventilation is more well-known and widely used treatment method in clinic but with limitations compared with extracorporeal membrane oxy- genation (ECMO). Moreover, ECMO has been used as a standard treatment method for neonate ARDS, and it also has lots of advantages in treating severe ARDS in adults. Because of the characteristics of ECMO itself, its risk and cost is higher than traditional mechanical ventilation, and the curative effect and prognosis are not exact, which makes it remain controversial in clinic. But it is worth for further exploration as its curative effect and safety could be enhanced as its application technique advances.
