针刺华佗夹脊穴和督脉穴对强直性脊柱炎患者相关实验指标及炎性因子检测研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺华佗夹脊穴和督脉穴位对强直性脊柱炎患者相关实验指标(红细胞沉降率、补体3、免疫球蛋白和C反应蛋白)以及相关炎性因子等的影响。方法将2010年8月至2014年8月河北省涉县中医院收治的118例强直性脊柱炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(58例)。观察组患者采用针刺华佗夹脊穴和督脉穴位治疗,对照组采用柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗。3个月后比较两组患者的临床疗效、实验指标(红细胞沉降率、补体、免疫球蛋白、C反应蛋白)以及相关炎性因子的改变。结果观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.067,P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者红细胞沉降率、补体3、免疫球蛋白以及相关炎性因子(C反应蛋白、白细胞介素4,白细胞介素12和肿瘤坏死因子α)均有不同程度的改善,且观察组患者红细胞沉降率、补体3、免疫球蛋白以及相关炎性因子改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺华佗夹脊穴和督脉穴位对强直性脊柱炎患者相关实验指标以及相关炎性因子均有很好的效果,在临床上可以广泛性应用。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture treatment of Jiaji Points and Dumal points on related experimental indexes （ such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate, complement 3,immuneglobu- lins, C-reactive protein） and other inflammatory cytokines of patients with ankylosing spondyliti. Methods From Aug. 2010 to Aug. 2014, a total of 118 patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted in She County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into observation group （60 cases） and control group（ 58 cases） according to a random number table method. Patients in observation group were trea- ted with the acupuncture at ]iaji and Dumai points, while patients in control group were treated with sul- fasalaziue tablets therapy. After three months,indexes of erythrocytc sedimentation rate, complement ,immuno- globulins, C-reactive protein and related inflammatory factors as well as the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ Z = 2. 067, P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, indexes of erythrocytc sedi- mentation rate, complement, immunoglobulins, and related inflammatory factors （ C-reactive protein, interleu- kin 4, interleukin 6, tumor necrosis factor ct） of the two groups were all improved to some extents than those before treatment, while the improvement of such indexes in the observation group was greater than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture at Jiaji and Dumai points has good effect on improving related experimental indexes and inflammatory factors of patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Therefore, it can be extensively applied in clinic.
