摘  要:目的:观察抗血小板药物氯吡格雷对高血压大鼠微循环的影响。方法:SPF级雄性13周龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR),随机分为溶剂对照组和氯吡格雷组,每组5只,分别灌胃1ml 0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)和氯吡格雷溶液(10mg/kg),每日一次。连续四周后,用高功率激光多普勒血流探测仪(LDF)检测大鼠脑皮质、耳廓及趾血流量、血细胞聚集度和血流速度,用血流成像仪(LDPI)观察脑血流分布状态。统计学分析检测指标的组间差异。结果:除血细胞聚集度和脑皮质血流速度外,氯吡格雷组大鼠上述LDF检测指标值均高于溶剂对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),LDPI检测脑皮质血流分布曲线整体右移,脑皮质高血流量(800-1500PU)面积百分比较溶剂对照组明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:氯吡格雷可明显改善SHR微循环障碍。Objective:To observe the effect of antiplatelet drug(Clopidogrel)on the microcirculation of Spon-taneous Hypertensive Rat(SHR).Method:Two groups of 13-week-old male SHRs were studied with 5 rats in each group:placebo control and clopidogrel (10mg/kg).Drugs therapy was administered by oral perfusion for 4 weeks continuously.The blood flow,blood flow velocity,blood cell aggregation and whole distribution curve of blood flow of SHR's cerebral cortices,auricles and toes were detected by the high power Laser Doppler flowmetry and the Laser Doppler Perfusion Imaging.Results:In SHR treated with clopidogrel,the above indexes were significantly increased comparing with placebo control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01)except blood cell aggregation and blood flow of cerebral cortices.The whole distribution curve of blood flow moved to the right and the high blood flow of cerebral cortices (800-1500PU)was obviously increased comparing with placebo control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Clopidogrel can improve the SHR’s microcirculation.
