五子衍宗方合逍遥散加减对男子弱精症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察五子衍宗方合逍遥散加减对男子弱精症的临床疗效。方法:136例弱精症患者随机分为治疗组(n=95)和对照组(n=41)。治疗组口服五子衍宗方合逍遥散加减;对照组只口服五子衍宗丸,连服三个月(一个疗程)。比较两组治疗前后精子活力、畸形率和密度,并比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组精子活力、畸形率和密度均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗1个疗程后,两组a级精子百分率和a+b级精子百分率均较治疗前增加(P<0.01),治疗组较对照组增加更显著(P<0.01);两组精子畸形率较治疗前降低(P<0.01),治疗组降低更明显(P<0.01);两组精子密度较治疗前升高(P<0.01),治疗组升高更显著(P<0.01)。治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五子衍宗方合逍遥散加减对男子弱精症有较好疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of wuziyanzong pills combing with xiaoyao powder to treat asthenospermia.Method：1 3 6 patients with asthenospermia were randomly divided into two groups,treating group （95 patients）and control group （41 patients）.The treating group was given wuziyanzong pills combing with xi-aoyao powder,while the control group was given wuziyanzong pills lonely.After 3 months,there sperm motility, sperm malformation rate and sperm density were analyzed and compared.Results：There were no statistical signifi-cance for sperm motility,malformation rate and density in two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）.After treat-ment,a type sperm and a＋b type sperm in treating group had been improved,which had statistical significance （P〈0.01）.The sperm abnormality rate of both groups had been decreased （P〈0.01）,while the treating group de-creased significantly （P〈0.01）.The sperm density of both groups had been improved （P〈0.01）,while the trea-ting group improved significantly （P〈0.01）.By comparing with the control group,the total effective rate for trea-ting group had been improved with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The wuziyanzong pills combining with xiaoyao powder has good clinical effect for asthenospermia.
