成人手足口病误诊为多形红斑、水痘2例

摘　　要：例1男,27岁。头痛、发热4d,伴手足、臀部米粒大红色丘疹及灰色水疱3d。例2男,48岁。发热5d,伴双手掌跖水肿性红斑、双肘部散在米粒大红丘疹及灰白色水疱。例1被误诊为多形红斑,例2被误诊为水痘。2例皮损组织病理示:棘细胞水肿,形成网状变性,基底层与真皮分离形成大的腔隙,以中性粒细胞渗出为主,真皮浅层小血管壁少量淋巴细胞浸润。均诊断为手足口病。The first case was male, 27 years old with headache and fever for four days, there were red papules and gray blisters on the hand, foot and buttocks. The second case was male, 48 years old with iver for five days,there were edema erythema on the double palm, papules and gray blisters on the double elbow. The first case was misdiagnosed as erythema muhiforme. The second case was misdiagnosed as ehicken pox. The pathology showed the edema of prickle cells forming reticular degeneration, the separation of the basal layer and dermis forming large cavities, neutrophil exudation, and the superficial dermal vascular wall was infiltrated with a small amount of lymphocyte. Diagnosi.s：hand, foot and mouth disease.
