二期梅毒误诊为皮炎1例

摘　　要：患者女,26岁。躯干部红色环形斑疹2个月。曾被误诊为"皮炎",予口服抗组胺药物及外用糖皮质激素药膏无效。皮损组织病理示:真皮浅层大量浆细胞及淋巴细胞团块状浸润。RPR 1∶64(+),TPPA(+)。诊断为二期梅毒。普鲁卡因青霉素治疗2周后,斑疹逐渐消退。A 26-year-old female presented with red annular plaques on her trunk for 2 months,and was misdiagnosed as ＂dermatitis＂. The treatment of oral antihistamines and glucocorticoid ointment topical treatment were invalid. Histopathological examination of the skin lesion revealed infiltration of plasmocyte and lymphocyte in dermis; RPR 1：64（ ＋ ） ,TPPA（ ＋ ）. The diagnosis of secondary syphilis was made. The skin lesions gradually subsi- ded after receiving procaine penicillin G treatment intramuscular injection in the dose of 80 million U,once daily for 15 days.
