摘  要:针对民用飞机维护训练系统设计中存在的电气负载控制线路配置复杂和结构固化的问题,应用远程配电控制和自动配置技术,实现了波音737NG电气负载控制系统模拟器。模拟器由通用电气负载控制板硬件模块、功能配置模块和排故训练模块三部分组成,并通过WIFI实现系统组网,具有可重构特性,可根据不同机型要求方便组合,线路简单,易于标准化施工。实践应用表明,模拟器软硬件结合,有效满足了大规模飞机维护训练和系统集成测试的实际需求。To solve the problems in aircraft maintenances simulators that the wires for electrical payload control system are complex and the structure is fixed, an electrical payload system simulator for Booing 737NG was developed in this paper. For the simulator, the remote distribution control and automatic configuration technology was adopted, which includes the simulated electrical payload panel hardware devices, the suited software for trouble shooting main- tenance and the automatic function section. The concept of modularization was applied in the design of simulator which is communicated by WIFI, and the simulator has the abilities such as reeonfiguration funcion, wire connected simply, easily transplanted and practice standard. Practices demonstrate that the simulator integrating hardware with software can meet the needs of aircrafts maintenance training and system integrated test.
