摘  要:光伏电池受太阳照射时,光能中的一部分直接转变为电能,另一部分转变为热能,从而增加了光伏电池的工作温度,对光伏电池输出效能特性产生影响。考虑光照强度与环境温度对光伏电池工作温度的影响及一天内光照强度与环境温度的变化,建立了典型晴朗天气下一天内光照强度与环境温度数学模型,提出了一种光伏电池全天动态模型。以LabVIEW为开发平台,编写了光伏电池测量程序,构建了光伏电池测量系统,试验了光伏电池全天输出特性,并与仿真结果进行了比较,结果表明,所建立的模型能够准确反映光伏电池实际运行时的输出特性,可以用于光伏发电系统及风光互补发电系统的动态仿真。When being illuminated with radiation of sunlight, PV cell converts part of the photovoltaic potential directly into electricity. While the remaining power of the photon will result into heat of the cell to elevate the temper- ature which has certain influence to on the output characteristics of photovoltaic cell. Because sunlight irradiance and ambient temperature influence the temperature that PV cell works and they are changing in a day, this paper built a mathematical model for the sunlight irradiance and ambient temperature in a typical sunny weather day which is the basis of the PV cell dynamic model throughout the day. With the LabVIEW as the development platform, this paper compiled the photovohaic cell measurement procedures and constructed the photovoltaic cells t system for the experiment which studied the output characteristics of photovohaic cell throughout the day. The results of the ex- periment were compared with the simulation results, which shows that the model can accurately reflect the actual op- eration of the output characteristics of photovohaic cell. So it can be used as the dynamic simulation of photovohaic systems and wind -solar hybrid systems.
